Teaching isn't for everyone. Kester is one of the most empathetic and encouraging vocal coaches I know.
I only shared a limited time with him but in an overwhelming sea of self-doubt and judgemental glances, his nod of encouragement and patient support was all I needed to practice my heart out and believe I could be better.

I hope everyone out there gets to experience his teaching. Teaching isn't for everyone but Kester sure makes it look like it could be.
Hey Kester, I know I was only with you for a semester but you really made me believe I didn't have to be ashamed of my voice. My older sister has always been the musician in the family (check her out on Spotify!) and I love her but always felt like vocals weren't for me.

I am now a lot more comfortable with just humming a tune around others or belting it out, regardless of how cacophonic it may sound and it's because you gave me that confidence.

Thank you for your encouragement and I wish you all the best!
